The hub of Rome’s transport system can be confusing when you first arrive, but the following explanations should get you oriented.
Once you have got off the train and have walked down the platform, you will reach the main gallery. The exit by platform 1 will take you to Via Marsala; the exit by platform 22 will take you to Via Giolitti. Continuing away from the platforms past the main gallery, you will reach the main hall. Exit from the main hall you will find Piazza dei Cinquecento, the largest bus terminal in Rome where lines A and B of the metro cross, and many shuttles and buses drop of and pick up (24 hours).

The night bus from Fiumicino Airport stops here as well.
Termini Station offers visitors a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, banks and ATM’S, newsstands and a pharmacy.

There are also located travel agencies, ticket office and two information points, one inside the station and one on Piazza dei Cinquecento.
Train tickets to Fiumicino Airport can be bought here and if you have only the handbag, you can check in for Alitalia flights.
Luggage storage service is open from 7am to 12pm and it costs € 3,10 per 5 hours, per item.

If you have lost luggage or documents or have had them stolen on the train you can go the Police and Carabinieri station here located.

There is also an office dedicated to facilitate train transport for disable people. Upon request (wich must be made at least 24 hours in advance) the centre can arrange transportation for disable people in the train station upon departure and arrival.

Please contact: 064881726 (office located by platform 1) in case you need to arrange services for disabled people in all the station of Rome.
